Return & Warranty Policy
This policy explains how returns and warranty claims are handled by Voltky Electronics. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the terms below.
1. Scope
This policy applies to products purchased directly from Voltky Electronics online store in the United States. Products purchased from third-party sellers or outside the U.S. may be subject to different return or warranty terms.
2. Return Timeframe
All returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. No exceptions will be accepted unless approved by Voltky Electronics.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately. We will issue a free return shipping label along with a Return Number.
Voltky Electronics will inspect all returned items. If the product is found to be fully functional, the return will be treated as a used product return (see Section 4).
4. Returns on Opened or Used Products
Products that have been opened or used are subject to a 30% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Returns on Used Products with Missing Parts or Packaging
If a returned item is missing parts or original packaging, a 50% deduction will be applied. Voltky Electronics reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is misused or missing significant components.
6. Returns for Non-Opened Items / Customer Remorse
For non-opened items returned due to customer remorse, a 10% restocking fee applies. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
7. Warranty for Quality-Related Issues
Products with manufacturing defects or quality issues are covered under Voltky Electronics' limited warranty, starting from the purchase date. For such items, we may at our discretion:
- Provide replacement parts
- Repair the product
- Exchange for a factory refurbished unit
- Exchange for a new unit
Replacements inherit the original warranty period or three months from the replacement date, whichever is longer. Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
8. Return and Warranty Conditions
- All returned items must include any included accessories.
- Original packaging should be returned when possible.
- Voltky Electronics may reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
9. Refund Methods
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is approved and inspected.
