We process orders the same day for all orders placed before 2:00 PM EST. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Free Domestic Shipping

We offer Free Domestic Ground Shipping for all products within the United States. No minimum purchase is required.

3. Shipping Carriers

Your order may be shipped via one of the following carriers, depending on your location:

• FedEx

The carrier is automatically selected based on delivery address and efficiency.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated arrival times vary based on your location. All delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other delays beyond our control.

5. Tracking Information

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive updates.

6. Delivery Responsibility

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” according to the carrier’s tracking. We are also not responsible for stolen packages or porch piracy at the delivery location.

If a package is marked as “Delivered,” the buyer must contact the carrier directly. We can only assist in filing a claim if the carrier officially marks the package as “Lost.”

7. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, you must contact us the same day you receive the package, either via email or website chat.

Please provide clear photos of:

• The damaged packaging
• The damaged product

Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without photographic evidence.

8. U.S. Only Shipping

Volty currently ships products only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
